Job summary

KPJ Healthcare in Malaysia seeks a Deputy Manager, Brand & Reputation Management to lead corporate branding, governance and community impact across the Group. You will translate strategic plans into actionable programmes by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and overseeing project delivery.

You will monitor brand health, manage budgets, support KWAN and CSR initiatives, and ensure consistent corporate messaging with hospitals and business units to protect and enhance the Group's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Communications, PR, or related field.
• 6–8 years in branding, corporate communications, marketing or reputation management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects or supervising teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional branding or corporate affairs projects.
• Exposure to CSR, ESG or sustainability initiatives is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coordination and people-management skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate branding, governance, and brand experience initiatives across the group.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to execute branding programmes on time and within budget.
• Translate brand strategy into measurable initiatives and dashboards.
• Oversee brand audits and material approvals across hospitals and units.
• Monitor brand health metrics and prepare management reports.
• Drive reputation management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coordinate KWAN and CSR initiatives with partners and government agencies.
