Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's ( Clients) brand image and reputation. The role includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, analyzing brand performance and positioning, and managing creative and production agencies. The candidate will also work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Crafting of Brands Guideline, Business Proposal, Creation of digital assets for Clients

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in brand management, preferably with experience in the recruitment or job search industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record of managing creative and production agencies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media platforms is a plus
