Job summary

Hirix is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and audience engagement across multiple channels in Kuala Lumpur. You will own end-to-end execution of press releases, paid campaigns, and brand identity initiatives, blending creative storytelling with data-driven strategy.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing with strong English copywriting and hands-on ad platform experience. You’ll collaborate across teams and vendors to deliver assets on schedule and expand Hirix’s market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing, communications, or advertising role.
• Ability to write clear, compelling press releases and marketing copy in English (Bahasa Malaysia a plus).
• Practical knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of branding principles and maintaining or evolving brand standards.
• Proficiency in analysing campaign data and translating metrics into strategic decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases and media communications that accurately represent the Hirix brand voice.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, managing budgets and optimise performance.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across materials.
• Monitor campaign metrics, compile performance reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver marketing assets on schedule.
• Identify and pursue media, partnership, and co-branding opportunities to expand Hirix's market presence.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
