AJINORIKI MSG (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Creator in Bestari Jaya to plan, implement, and manage digital initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will own content creation across platforms, from short-form videos to photography, while collaborating with Sales, R&D and Management. The role requires a diploma or degree in marketing or related fields, 1–3 years in digital marketing, and proficiency in Canva and CapCut.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, retail or consumer products is an advantage
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Able to shoot and edit short-form videos independently
• Familiar with Canva and video editing applications such as CapCut
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads is preferred
• Good communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with Sales, R&D and Management

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly digital marketing activities aligned with company sales and branding objectives
• Manage company digital platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Develop monthly digital marketing and content calendars
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support product launches, brand awareness, promotions and customer acquisition
• Create engaging content including short-form videos, Reels, TikTok, product videos, cooking and recipe videos, product photography, promotional posters, educational content, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and corporate and event content
• Handle basic photography and videography independently
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software
• Design simple marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools
• Write engaging captions, headlines, scripts and calls-to-action
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports covering social media reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video views, best-performing content, leads generated, advertising performance, and recommendations for the following month
