Job summary

RGE in Malaysia is seeking a marketing assistant to help plan and execute campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store platforms. You will support brand activations, coordinate with agencies, and assist in packaging and promotional material development.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 1–2 years of experience, and willingness to relocate. It offers growth in a dynamic environment and collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in the related job field.
• 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store platforms.
• Support brand activation activities, including promotions, events, sampling, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and monitor consumer trends to provide insights for brand strategy development.
• Assist in the development of packaging, POSM, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans.
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., sales data, market share, campaign effectiveness), and support reporting.
• Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including PO creation, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
