Job summary

The Flexi Group is seeking a Graphic Design Lead to develop and execute creative design strategies, guiding a team of designers to elevate brand presence across digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.

As a leader, you will drive design Innovation, manage multiple projects, and mentor staff while staying ahead of industry trends to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a creative agency background.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative design strategies aligned with brand vision and marketing objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and events to create digital and print assets.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless collaboration and workflow management.
• Manage third-party agencies/freelancers supporting brand design.
• Oversee production of event graphics and promotional materials.
• Monitor workload and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and continuous improvement.
