Job summary

The Flexi Group is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join the marketing team in Malaysia. You will deliver AI-enhanced visuals across print and digital media, while upholding brand systems and design templates.

Reporting to the Graphic Design Lead, you will collaborate with marketing and events teams to produce assets, maintain the asset library, and drive efficiency with AI workflows. A 1+ year design background and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
• 1+ years of design experience creating posters and graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID) and Canva.
• Experience with Canva AI tools and generative AI for visuals.
• Strong layout, typography, color theory and brand-templates skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle design requests across markets and deliver timely assets.
• Create, format and adapt digital/print assets for social, email, landing pages, banners and events.
• Maintain brand guidelines and templates across sub-brands.
• Build reusable design templates in Canva/Google tools for non-designers.
• Prepare production-ready files (CMYK, bleed, trim).
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to increase output and efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing/events teams and mentor junior designers.
