Job summary

Pekat Group is seeking a Brand Communication and Marketing Executive in Malaysia to act as the primary liaison between business units and the Brand Communications & Marketing department. You will translate BU objectives into briefs, coordinate internal resources, and ensure outputs are delivered on time and on brand.

Responsibilities include delivering marketing materials, coordinating events, managing external vendors, and monitoring website and social media performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a marketing, communications, or creative agency.
• Experience coordinating events or exhibitions, including vendor and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship holder for assigned BUs—understanding their business and communications needs.
• Own the delivery of all marketing materials for assigned BUs—brochures, sales decks, product sheets, advertisements, and digital assets.
• Plan and manage events and exhibitions for assigned BUs—from concept and budgeting through to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Manage website content updates for assigned BU pages and monitor BU social media performance with monthly reporting.
