Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva or CapCut preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Rewrite and enhance client profiles, social media content, and marketing collaterals with high-quality English.
• Create engaging social media posts, images, and videos for multiple platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Support website content updates and basic on-page SEO (keywords, metadata).
• Manage client deliverables, respond to enquiries via phone and email, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Liaise with designers to produce social media visuals and marketing collateral.
• Assist as on-ground crew for company events.
