Job summary

Lilanz (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused retail ambassador to provide personalized consultations and product recommendations while ensuring a welcoming, premium guest experience.

You will be responsible for helping guests with multilingual communication, achieving sales goals, maintaining store presentation, and operating the POS system. Training will be provided and shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu with excellent communication skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge.
• Host, welcome, and provide hospitality to guests.
• Provide personalized consultation and recommend products and service rituals to guests based on their needs.
• Achieve outlet targets.
• Perform inventory replenishment and basic housekeeping to ensure the outlet is clean and tidy.
• Operate POS cashier register and handle various modes of payment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
