Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate, Brand Advocacy in Kuala Lumpur to help recruit seeders and manage relationships across popular platforms. You will maintain a seeders database, coordinate posting schedules, and support content narrative development.

The role requires 1–2 years in social media or influencer coordination, a Diploma or Degree in communications or marketing, and strong English plus Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, media or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in social media or influencer coordination.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to coordinate multiple people and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help recruit and onboard seeders across social media platforms and online communities.
• Maintain and update a database of active seeders, including their performance and availability.
• Coordinate daily and weekly seeding tasks, ensuring seeders post on time and follow key messaging.
• Support the development and upkeep of a content narrative bank for seeders to use.
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars for seeding based on brand priorities and trending issues.
• Monitor social media for brand mentions, misinformation, or rising issues, and flag to the team for further action.
• Compile and prepare basic seeding reports, tracking output, reach, and other agreed metrics.
