Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Branch Operations Assistant to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, inventory control, and reporting across multiple locations in Malaysia. The role involves warehouse processes, SAP postings, and collaboration with HQ for documentation and courier-based reporting.

The incumbent will also engage with sales functions on handheld devices, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate daily and monthly settlements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute the loading/unloading process until synchronization completion.
• Maintain weekly and monthly warehouse inventory procedures and stock counts in SAP.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports (Branch Journal, VSS, RSS) and submit to Branch Control Dept.
• Prepare documents to HQ for East Malaysia & Brunei and select West Malaysia branches using the DDR format.
• Familiarize with Sales functions of DSD handhelds (visit lists, sales, collections, deposits, reports, closing).
• Raise STR via Branch Ordering Program and manage finished goods consumption and stock replenishment (ZCR, ZRE, ZFOC).
• Complete postings in SAP via Settlement Cockpit and DSD Final Settlement Run before daily reports.
• Finalize and close Salesmen’s daily transactions (sales, collections, invoices, voids, deposits).
• Balance cash in hand and prepare deposits for next working day.
• Check handheld invoices, GRNs, voided bills, and receipts daily for accuracy.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by supervision.
