Job summary

CIMB Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales, service and compliance, ensuring top-tier performance. You will coach staff, build customer relationships, and drive branch growth while maintaining strict risk and regulatory standards.

This role requires 3+ years in branch operations with banking product knowledge and a proven sales record, plus relevant licenses. A high-energy, goal-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent
• Min. 3 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role
• Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills
• Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage
• Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement
• Comfortable with a goal oriented environment.
