AFFINBANK in Malaysia, Genting Permai, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive day-to-day performance. You will manage staff, ensure service levels, and uphold regulatory standards.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets across deposits, investments, loans, bancassurance and cards while managing costs, risk, audit readiness, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target across deposits, investments, loans, bancassurance and cards
• Prevent fraud and losses
• Ensure cost control as per budget
• Ensure satisfactory audit rating and timely audit findings resolution
• Monitor submission of reports and act as BCM Coordinator
• Perform BUCO, CLO, and Branch OSHA responsibilities
• Organize CSR activities and ensure safety and security of the bank premises
• Relieve duties as required or in the absence of ABM
