CB Talents SP is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Booking Reservation agent in Malaysia to join our international team. You will handle pre- and post-reservation inquiries and coordinate with hotels to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires fluent English and Cantonese, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and you will grow in a diverse environment.

• Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
• Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
