Job summary

CB Talents SP in Malaysia is looking for a Cantonese-speaking Booking Reservation agent. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and fax; manage reservations; and liaise between guests and hotels to resolve issues. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and a rotational 24/7 shift pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
