Kerry is seeking a Boilerman in Shah Alam, Malaysia, to support plant maintenance and improvement initiatives. You will oversee boiler systems, monitor water levels, ensure efficient DI and deaerator operations, and maintain safe, compliant plant conditions.

The role requires a Grade One Steam Certificate of Competency, boiler maintenance experience, and willingness to work shifts in a fast-paced process environment. Proficiency in MS Office is desirable and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Boiler maintenance and operations experience.
• Willingness to work on shift schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the safe operation and performance of boiler systems.
• Conduct periodic checks on process water levels and ensure related equipment functions properly.
• Ensure the D.I. plant operates efficiently and meets water specifications.
• Monitor and maintain deaerator, air compressor, boiler and D.I. systems after power events.
• Report equipment failures to Management promptly.
• Support safety, GMP compliance and 5S workplace practice.
• Participate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP and GMP systems.
