The Weir Group is hiring a Boilerman in Batu Caves, Malaysia. This full-time role focuses on operating high-pressure steam boilers while ensuring safety compliance and efficient maintenance processes.

You will be responsible for utilities management and supporting sustainability initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess a Certified Grade 1 Boilerman Certificate, have at least 5 years of hands-on boiler operation experience, and communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating large industrial boilers.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Malaysian citizen or holder of relevant residence status.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise high-pressure steam boilers.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for optimal reliability.
• Perform routine cleaning and repairs on boiler components.
• Oversee the supply and operation of utilities on site.
