Job summary

Guan Chong Cocoa Manufacturer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Boilerman Grade 1 to operate and monitor gas-fired boilers, ensuring safe and efficient production support across our manufacturing processes.

You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, recordkeeping, and participate in start-up/shutdown and emergency procedures while complying with safety regulations and SOPs. Rotational shifts may apply at Pasir Gudar, Johor location.

Qualifications

• Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate is required.
• Minimum 2 years of boiler operation experience in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of boiler operation, maintenance, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor gas-fired boilers to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Monitor boiler parameters and chemical treatments to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.
• Assist in start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
