Zusammenfassung

Bunge Loders Croklaan Oils Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Boilerman to operate and maintain boiler systems safely and efficiently.

You will monitor water quality, perform preventive maintenance on the boiler, softener and deaerator, and complete logs promptly. Shift work including night shifts is required. Perks include Medical, Dental, Parking, and Vision insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Possess Grade 1 - Steam Engine Driver (Boilerman) Certificate, certified by JKKP.
• Min 4 years experience in fire-tube boiler.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel and SAP.
• Able to work in shift rotation, including night shift.

Responsible in running the boiler efficiently & safely, in accordance with the Factory and Machinery Act

Complete the Boiler operation log book & other record book in timely manner

Record, monitor and perform preventive maintenance for the complete boiler, softener and deaerator system

Give support and cooperation to the leader & teamwork efficiency. Work in harmony team spirit.

Ensuring boiler water quality at the appropriate level (hardness, TDS, phosphate, sulfate, alkalinity and etc.)

Directly involved in continuous improvement in improving the implementation of 5S, work procedures, machine care and preventive maintenance program

Active participations in the training & development program, arranged by the company

Update all boiler-related reporting as required by management at all times

Requirements

Possess Grade 1 - Steam Engine Driver (Boilerman) Certificate, certified by JKKP

Min 4 years experience in fire-tube boiler

Basic computer skill ( Basic microsoft excel, basic SAP )

Able to work in shift rotation, night shift.
