Job summary

Chin Hin Group Berhad is seeking a Boilerman to operate and monitor steam boilers for its AAC precast block production in Malaysia. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs, while maintaining meticulous logs and responding to alarms to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a valid Boilerman Certificate (Grade II or higher), ability to read gauges and controls, and fitness for shift work in a high-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Boilerman Certificate (Grade II or higher) issued by Malaysian authority (e.g., DOSH).
• Proficiency in reading pressure gauges, temperature controls, and basic mechanical systems.
• Basic understanding of water treatment processes for boiler feedwater.
• Physically fit to work in a high-temperature industrial environment and capable of shift work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor steam boilers and associated equipment safely and efficiently to support AAC precast concrete block production.

Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, environmental regulations, and national boiler operation guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Valid Boilerman Certificate (Grade II or higher) issued by the relevant Malaysian authority (e.g., DOSH).

Proficiency in reading pressure gauges, temperature controls, and basic mechanical systems.

Basic understanding of water treatment processes for boiler feedwater.
