Job summary

EH Property Management Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, seeks a BIM modeller to translate concept designs into detailed 3D models for building construction projects. You will prepare drawings through schematic design and development to project completion using Revit, review design specifications, and resolve on-site issues with effective coordination.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience with knowledge of Revit, NavisWorks and AutoCAD is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Civil, Building, Mechanical or Construction.
• 2-4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• BIM modelling for building construction projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare drawings from concept design through design development using Revit.
• Review designs, measurements and drawings to solve on-site issues or design changes.
• Create 3D Revit models and coordinate space reservations.
• Assist in project documentation submissions and analyses.
• Perform clash analysis and reporting.
• Minor coordination of Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings.

Job description

· BIM Modelling works for Building Construction Projects.

· Preparing of drawings from concept design through schematic design and design development to completion of project using Revit.

· Review design specifications, measurement and drawings to participate in the process of solving on site problems or design changes.

· Modelling in 3D Revit and coordinated space reservations.

· Assist in preparation of project documentation required for submission.

· Work through analysis and presentation.

· Clash analysis and reporting.

· Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings.

· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Architectural or Engineering (Civil) / Building / Mechanical / Construction or equivalent.

· At least 2 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.

· Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD.

· Knowledge in construction process and procedure.

· Consulting office experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· High level of attention to detail.
