Job summary
Hertford System Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a BIM/Digitalization Specialist to lead implementation strategies and guide cross-functional teams in adopting BIM practices across infrastructure projects.
You will oversee BIM models, drive digital workflows, and deliver training while evaluating new technologies to continuously improve project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
- 1+ years in BIM/digitalization in infrastructure.
- Knowledge of BIM and digitalization software, standards and best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows.
- Excellent communication to work with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance on BIM software, processes and workflows.
- Oversee BIM models and data across project lifecycles.

- Providing technical expertise and guidance on BIM software, processes and workflows
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of BIM models and data throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM with other digital tools and platforms
- Delivering training and support to ensure effective BIM adoption by project teams
- Monitoring and reporting on BIM performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Researching and evaluating new digital construction technologies for potential implementation
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering Field, Construction Technology, M&E or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a BIM/digitalization role within the infrastructure industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of BIM & Digitalization Engineering software, standards and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise digital workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Passionate about driving digital transformation and continuous innovation in infrastructure
