JAAN & SONS HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. invites a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our Singapore team. The role focuses on developing and coordinating BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit, with attention to accuracy and project standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of MEP workflows, clash detection with Navisworks, and the ability to translate drawings into coordinated 3D models while complying with BEP and Singapore submission guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection).
• Familiarity with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BEPs, and BEP documents.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards and submission requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free models.
• Interpret design drawings, specifications, and translate them into coordinated 3D BIM models.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues with project stakeholders.
• Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and ensure model accuracy throughout project stages.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and Singapore BIM e-Submission guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Assist in developing and maintaining company BIM standards and workflows.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM-related issues to project teams.
