Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a BIM Modeler in Malaysia to build detailed Revit models (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) from 2D drawings and specifications. You will create families, templates, and standards, then produce construction drawings and submission packages from BIM models.

You will ensure BEP compliance, manage models on ACC and Forma, and apply Dynamo automation to boost efficiency. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, Forma, and IFC export is key.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years BIM modelling experience in construction
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Built Environment
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and reference drawings
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model management and collaboration
• Familiarity with Autodesk Forma is an advantage
• Understanding of IFC export and data quality requirements
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo for automation workflows is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design drawings accurately

We’re looking for BIM Modeler for our Construction clients to be based in Malaysia:

Responsibilities

• Build detailed Revit models (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) from 2D design drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards to ensure consistency across deliverables
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and submission packages from BIM models
• Maintain model compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards
• Upload and manage models on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma for project collaboration
• Apply automation workflows using Dynamo to improve modelling efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks
• Export IFC models and check data quality before submission
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and Managers on model progress, quality reviews, and deliverable timelines
