Job summary

Gamuda Berhad is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop, manage, and coordinate high-quality 3D models and 2D documentation across design, construction, and operations.

You will ensure digital assets adhere to project standards, support BEP/ISO19650 compliance, and align BIM outputs with stakeholders' requirements while working in a fast-paced environment in Penang, Malaysia.

Proactive use of AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Advanced BIM software skills in Revit and Navisworks.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM concepts and ISO19650 standards.
• Experience with BIM model management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models.
• Coordinate across disciplines and manage BIM output.
• Run clash analysis to identify conflicts before site execution.
• Check and validate drawings/models output.
• Generate 2D drawings and schedules from the BIM model.
• Ensure BEP and ISO19650 compliance.
• Utilise AI tools to automate tasks and improve productivity.
• Adhere to Quality, Safety & Health requirements.
