Job summary

China Construction Development (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (CCDM) is seeking a BIM Modeller for on-site work in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will develop and update detailed BIM models for structural, architectural and MEP disciplines in line with project specifications and BIM standards.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers and architects to resolve design clashes, ensure model accuracy, and support design value engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• BIM certification is an advantage.
• Experience with BIM on high-rise or large-scale projects is beneficial.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed 3D BIM models for structural, architectural and MEP.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and architects to resolve clashes.
• Prepare drawings, schedules and reports from BIM models.
• Support BIM workflows and template improvements.
