Job summary

China Construction Development (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced BIM/Draughting professional in Kuala Lumpur to support tender prep and drawing production in REVIT. You will coordinate multi-discipline models and ensure compliance with authority requirements while maintaining drawing standards.

With 5+ years in the field, you will review 3D models, run clash analyses, and drive BIM delivery across architectural, structural and MEP teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or draughting experience in construction is required.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM 360 is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience is encouraged.
• Experience on high-rise projects (residential, hotel, office towers) is preferred.
• Proficiency across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and document tenders and construction drawings in REVIT for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to ensure drawings meet authority standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and civil models for a coordinated BIM.
• Review 3D models from consultants/contractors and provide clash reports.
• Oversee BIM implementation and ensure compliance with BIM delivery requirements.
• Audit and review Revit models and hold weekly coordination meetings.
• Support early design review and constructability analyses.

Job description

• To perform and assist in the preparation and documentation of tender and construction drawings in REVIT for all projects assigned.
• To work closely with the Project Team to ensure that drawings are correct, meet the authority requirements and maintain the drawing and design standards.
• Coordinates technical discipline such as Architectural, Structural, MEP and Civil to deliver coordinated model.
• Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors.
• Perform coordination and provide clash reports including identification and resolution of all identified clashes.
• Oversees the BIM implementation, ensuring compliance as required with regards to BIM deliveries.
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members.
• Early design review and constructability analysis.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Draughting experience in construction industries.
• Knowledge in Revit and BIM 360 is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is encouraged to apply.
• Experienced in high-rise project such as residential, hotel, office tower, etc.
• Experienced either in structure, architecture, and M&E.
