Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for CAD/CAM/CAE solutions from design to manufacturing.
• Develop implementation support plans and prepare solution training to fulfill customer requirements.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the quality system and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to equip personnel with product knowledge and support sales initiatives.
• Attend training and share knowledge with team to uplift service levels.
