Job summary

Acad Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a trainee/associate BIM consultant to learn Autodesk AEC BIM software and deliver customer-focused demonstrations and training. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to understand workflow challenges and provide technical guidance to clients.

The role includes conducting professional training sessions (classroom, onsite, webinars) and potential travel for onsite training, with a hybrid work model (office and WFH) at Ampang Point, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related AEC field).
• Proficiency in Revit, Forma, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD.
• 1–2 years in Architectural Engineering / Construction or Civil Design.
• Apprentice positions available for fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Able to conduct training and presentations.
• Willing to travel outstation for onsite training and work extended hours when needed.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master Autodesk AEC BIM and design software to help customers improve productivity.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to identify and solve customers’ workflow challenges.
• Conduct engaging software demonstrations highlighting Autodesk advantages.
• Provide application support and technical guidance to clients.
• Deliver professional training sessions on Autodesk software tools (classroom, onsite, webinars).
