• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor real-time project status, costs, and compliance metrics.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from senior leadership.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Copilot in Power BI, ChatGPT for reporting logic).

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Excellence:

• Oversee payment validation and reconciliation to ensure financial compliance and as-sold vs. as-delivered accuracy.
• Process CAP project intake requests, validate data accuracy, and facilitate gate movement, resolving discrepancies and escalating issues as needed.

2. Data Analytics & Power BI Dashboard Development

• Connect to required data sources and extract raw data across multiple dimensions.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to automate real-time monitoring of:
  1. Project creation and stage movement status
  2. payment and cost trends management
  3. As-sold vs. as-delivered variance
  4. Portfolio health and compliance metrics
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from senior leadership.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Copilot in Power BI, ChatGPT for reporting logic, automated data profiling).

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.

Experience

2+ years in data analysis (billing/payment experience preferred).

Technical Skills (Power BI & AI - Foundation Level Required)

Power BI (Core Proficiency):

• Connect to databases...
