Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to hospitals in accordance with contracts and delivery.
• Process purchase orders (LPO), sales orders, and related documentation.
• Track delivery status and align orders, delivery, and invoicing.
• Maintain records of invoicing, payments and transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ageing reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth billing.
• Maintain filing and documentation for audit and compliance.
