Job summary

TME Motorsports Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an accounts-focused team member to manage invoices, billing checks and daily records. The role involves collaboration with Sales and Service teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will prepare invoices for motorcycle sales, service, parts and other transactions, update records, and follow up on outstanding payments. Diploma or degree in accounting or related field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for sales, service and parts.
• Check billing details for accuracy of prices and customer data.
• Record and update invoices in the system and maintain neat records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with Accounts, Sales and Service teams.
• Prepare billing reports and support daily/monthly accounts documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Your DAY-To-DAY TASKS

• Prepare and issue invoices for motorcycle sales, service, parts and other transactions.
• Check billing details to ensure prices, customer information and supporting documents are accurate.
• Record and update invoices in the system while keeping billing records neat and organised.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and work together with the Accounts, Sales and Service teams when needed.
• Prepare billing reports and support daily/monthly accounts documentation.
• You’ll be working with numbers, people and different teams — keeping things organised while making sure every transaction runs smoothly. If you enjoy being accurate, organised and getting things done, you’ll fit right in!

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
