Job summary

TME Motorsports Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Accounts Administrator to handle invoicing for motorcycle sales, service, parts and other transactions. You will check billing details, record invoices, and support daily accounting processes in a friendly team environment.

Your DAY-To-DAY TASKS

Prepare and issue invoices for motorcycle sales, service, parts and other transactions.

Check billing details to ensure prices, customer information and supporting documents are accurate.

Record and update invoices in the system while keeping billing records neat and organised.

Follow up on outstanding payments and work together with the Accounts, Sales and Service teams when needed.

Prepare billing reports and support daily/monthly accounts documentation.

You'll be working with numbers, people and different teams - keeping things organised while making sure every transaction runs smoothly. If you enjoy being accurate, organised and getting things done, you'll fit right in!

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
