Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or QS.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting, invoicing and AR processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records using the BUKKU system.
• Reconcile supplier and client payments in BUKKU.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and related billing documents.
• Create itemized quotations and costing breakdowns for projects.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end close tasks.
• Verify uploaded supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Support monthly accounting reports and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with project, operations and sales teams for accurate billing.
