Job summary

MEDIAMONKS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist in Kuala Lumpur for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will handle billing and collections across entities in APAC, ensuring compliant, timely processes and accurate record-keeping.

The role reports to the Billing and Collections Team Leads and sits within the Order-To-Cash and APAC Finance Team, with responsibilities spanning contract review, collections management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Experience in AR or Order-To-Cash (O2C) processes at least 2 years.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems desirable.
• Strong data monitoring and accuracy under deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English for global performance.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure proper billing and approvals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile COGS accruals and monthly bills.
• Manage end-to-end collections for assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and commitments.
