Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or business field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate production plans with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams.
• Communicate with Japanese customers, suppliers, and headquarters regarding production schedules and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production progress, inventory levels, material availability, and manpower.
• Analyze production capacity and material availability to improve production efficiency.
• Follow up on production progress and resolve scheduling issues.
• Prepare production reports, forecasts, and planning-related documents.
