Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Korean is required.
• Experience creating knowledge base content and customer-facing material.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality KB content and meeting deadlines.
• Revise content to reflect updates or requests from stakeholders.
• Communicate progress and issues with stakeholders.
• Create style guides to ensure consistency across content.
• Conduct topic research to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
