Job summary

Wenzel Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement support professional to assist in purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, and vendor coordination from our Klang, Malaysia head office. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome.

You will request quotations, prepare price comparisons, and process purchase orders with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. Strong bilingual communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, commerce or related field.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities, supplier sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Request quotations and prepare price comparisons for purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries, product availability and pricing.
• Provide basic accounts payable and receivable support, including invoice and document checking.
