Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Associate Customer Support to handle live customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions, with a focus on Japanese-speaking customers. Responsibilities

• Handle live customer calls and provide resolutions.
• Escalate priority issues per client specs to the lead.
• Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
• Stay updated with new updates and SOPs.
• Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
