Job summary

Majorel in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speakers) to join our team supporting a multinational e-commerce account. You will handle inbound calls and chat, providing prompt, accurate information and resolving customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include logging interactions in the client’s contact management system, meeting key metrics, and occasionally upselling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (N1/N2 preferred).
• Customer service experience is required.
• Comfort handling calls and chats with customers.
• Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chat with customers.
