Job summary

Unisearch Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Industrial Automation) to lead component selection, commissioning, and related tasks across APAC and LATAM. The role requires hands-on PLC/robot programming and on-site support.

You will create project documentation, user manuals, and training materials, while collaborating with global clients. Travel-heavy position demands bilingual Chinese/English and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in configuring, teaching, programming, debugging, and maintaining robots (FANUC / ABB).
Experienced with simulation software and using data for on-site robot debugging and teaching.
Capable of electrical schematic design with AutoCAD or EPLAN and electrical commissioning.
Good teamwork, communication, travel-ready with 80% travel.
Hands-on, independent thinking, problem-solving and high responsibility.
Proficient with PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Panasonic, Siemens, Keyence, Beckhoff) or strong in at least one.
Proficient with HMIs/touchscreens (Weinview/Weintek, Mitsubishi, MCGS, XINJE).

Responsibilities

Component selection, commissioning, and related work.
Create and archive project docs and generate user manuals.
Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, training, and equipment acceptance.
Design electrical components and programming/debugging for robots, PLCs, HMIs.
