Job summary

Hireon is seeking an Accountant, Business Intelligence Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Malaysia. You will develop BI tools for data visualization and support budgeting, cost control, and management reporting for multiple units.

The role requires strong BI skills (Power BI/Tableau), budgeting expertise, and experience with ERP systems. You will collaborate with procurement and finance transformation teams and must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related discipline; Master’s considered.
• Professional membership (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/MIA) beneficial.
• Experience 3–5 years in commercial or audit environments; supervisory exp.
• Strong BI/tool proficiency: Power BI, Tableau, UI Path, Python; good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BI tools for data visualization and business analysis.
• Support budgeting, cost management, and management reporting for units.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance digitization initiatives.
• Produce timely financial reports and assist in risk management.
• Work effectively in a busy office, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
