Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and engineering operations within airport systems, industrial automation, logistics systems, manufacturing, or material handling environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting automated conveyor systems, PLC controls, SCADA systems, and electromechanical equipment.
- Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising technical personnel is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the BHS Maintenance shift team to ensure effective execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Allocate manpower, assign work priorities, and monitor maintenance activities during the shift.
- Ensure adequate shift coverage and operational readiness of maintenance personnel.
- Act as the Duty Engineer for all BHS-related maintenance matters during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate maintenance response to system alarms, equipment failures, and operational disruptions.
