BGA WB Process Engineer

Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Malaysia is seeking an engineer to drive yield improvements for BGA devices and align WB LOH with NXP goals, while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

You will collaborate with the NPI team to establish WB recipes for BGA packages, participate hands-on in the WB process, and contribute to productivity and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of FMEA, control plan, SPC, DOE and process flow is an advantage.
• Possesses good positive attitude and team player.
• Willingness to learn in WB process with hands-on to the machine.
