Job summary

Elken Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced training specialist to plan and conduct beauty product training, sales support activities and consultations. You will enhance distributor competency, strengthen network development and drive sales growth for Beauty & Wellness.

The role requires 5+ years in beauty, sales, training or consulting, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in EN/BM/Mandarin. Travel nationwide and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; beauty qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty, consumer sales, training or beauty consulting.
• Direct selling or MLM experience is an added advantage.
• Able to conduct sales training, product demonstrations and skin consultations, and handle customer complaints.
• Strong sales, influencing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willing to travel nationwide and work on weekends when required.

• Conduct skin consultations and handle inquiries and complaints.

About the role

To plan and conduct effective beauty product training, sales support activities and beauty consultations to enhance distributor competency, strengthen network development and drive Beauty product sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Plan and conduct beauty product training, sales training, product demonstrations and skin consultations for distributors and network leaders.

Develop and update training materials to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information.

Monitor training quality, attendance, effectiveness and achievement of training objectives.

Handle Beauty product enquiries and customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up.

Compile and update product FAQs, feedback and testimonials, and communicate relevant information to internal teams.

Ensure product training, demonstrations and claims comply with company guidelines and applicable regulations.

Contribute to short- and long-term training strategies to support Beauty & Wellness business growth and market expansion.

Coordinate nationwide Beauty training programmes and activities, ensuring effective planning, execution and evaluation.

Review training outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.

About you

Degree in any discipline; beauty-related qualifications or certifications (e.g. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or equivalent) are an advantage.
