AXW Wellness SDN. BHD. is seeking a Beauty Therapist or Junior Beauty Therapist to deliver professional facial treatments, perform skin analysis, and tailor skincare programmes for clients.

You will assist with advanced aesthetic procedures and operate premium technologies under proper training and protocols. Ideal candidates are passionate about skincare, customer service oriented, and eager to learn new techniques. English is required; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as Beauty Therapist or training provided for Junior role.
• Passion for skincare and client care.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
• Professional appearance and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

As an Beauty Therapist or Junior Beauty Therapist at AXW Wellness, you will perform professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and personalised skincare programmes. • Assist with advanced aesthetic procedures and operate aesthetic technologies according to training and established protocols
• Prepare clients before treatment and provide professional post-treatment care and homecare recommendations
• Deliver exceptional service and create positive, comfortable, and results-driven treatment experiences
• Build strong and lasting client relationships through trust, care, and professionalism
• Maintain excellent hygiene, treatment room cleanliness, and proper equipment care
• Work closely with the team to ensure every client receives outstanding care and attention

About you

• Has experience as Beauty Therapist, or is eager to begin a career as a Junior Beauty Therapist with training provided
• Has a genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping clients feel more confident
• Enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional customer service
• Communicates confidently in English, with Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia as added advantages
• Is professional, well-groomed, responsible, and a strong team player
• Is eager to continuously learn new technologies, treatments, and techniques in the aesthetics field
• Competitive salary of RM3,200 to RM4,200 based on experience and qualifications
