Job summary

LS Medical Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant - Aesthetic Clinic in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales for our aesthetic services. You will guide clients through their aesthetic journey, recommend tailored solutions and build lasting relationships.

The role requires 2+ years of sales or beauty industry experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet targets in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales or customer-facing roles in beauty
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare and beauty services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with rapid rapport-building
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a consumer-facing environment
• Knowledge of skin types and conditions, ability to identify client concerns
• Proficiency with clinic software and POS systems
• Fluency in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Team player with ability to support clinic operations
• Problem-solving mindset with client-focused approach
• Certification or training in beauty, aesthetics or sales is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients professionally to create a welcoming environment
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns and goals
• Provide expert product and service recommendations based on skin assessments
• Present aesthetic treatment packages and pricing clearly
• Process client bookings, payments and administrative requirements efficiently
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimise results
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and clinic revenue goals
• Maintain detailed client records and follow-up communications
• Stay updated on aesthetic treatments, products and industry trends
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experiences
• Handle client enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
