Job summary

LS Medical Group is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor for a full-time position at our Kuala Lumpur clinic in Mid Valley City. You will deliver cosmetic and rejuvenation treatments, combining medical expertise with artistry to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or equivalent with Malaysia licensure and has 2–3 years of aesthetic medicine experience, with strong communication and meticulous record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold MD or equivalent with valid registration and practising licence in Malaysia.
• Specialised training in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine or related healthcare.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Proficient in non-surgical aesthetic treatments with strong patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and patient safety.
• Valid ALS or emergency procedures certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patient goals and medical history.
• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (injectables, dermal fillers, peels, lasers).
• Ensure adherence to medical protocols and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records per regulations.
• Develop personalised treatment plans for each patient.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to optimise outcomes.
• Stay updated with latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.

About the role

LS Medical Group is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis at our clinic located in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the rapidly growing aesthetic medicine sector, delivering high-quality cosmetic and rejuvenation treatments to our diverse clientele. As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will be at the forefront of modern aesthetic medicine, combining clinical expertise with artistic vision to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history, providing professional recommendations for appropriate treatments
• Perform a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic therapies
• Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, infection control standards and patient safety procedures at all times
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practice guidelines
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and expectations
• Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment guidance to optimise patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Stay current with the latest aesthetic medicine techniques, technologies and industry developments through continuous professional development
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and positive referrals
• Contribute to the promotion of LS Medical Group's services and maintain the clinic's reputation for excellence

What we're looking for

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid medical registration and practising licence in Malaysia
• Specialised training or certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years' clinical experience in aesthetic medicine or a related healthcare discipline
• Comprehensive knowledge of aesthetic procedures, facial anatomy and injection techniques
• Proficiency in performing non-surgical aesthetic treatments with a proven track record of excellent patient outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
• Valid certification in advanced life support or emergency procedures
• Professional demeanour with excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development and training in new aesthetic techniques and technologies
• Experience with patient consultation software and medical record systems is advantageous
