Job summary

CLEF Skincare is seeking a customer-focused retail advisor in Kuala Lumpur to greet customers, recommend Clef products, and conduct personalized skincare consultations. You will demonstrate products, maintain brand standards, and support promotions in-store.

With 1–2 years in retail or beauty, you will help achieve sales targets, process transactions accurately, and ensure a visually appealing store that reflects CLEF’s image.

Qualifications

• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in selecting Clef products that best suit their needs.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clef’s products, ingredients, and brand story.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and store operations to management.
• Uphold Clef’s brand image and standards of professionalism at all times.

1–2 years of experience in retail or beauty industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).

Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
